6. Customer Ownership and Authority
By selling, supplying, or arranging collection of scrap metal or recyclable materials, you confirm that:

- You have full legal authority from the owner to sell or dispose of the material
You must not sell, supply, or arrange collection of stolen, illegally obtained, restricted, or unauthorised material.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that bank account details provided to Metal Plus are accurate. Metal Plus is not responsible for payment delays or incorrect transfers caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
9. No Cash Payment Policy
Metal Plus makes payments by online transfer only.
We do not offer cash payments for scrap metal transactions.
10. Collection Services
Where Metal Plus agrees to collect scrap metal from a customer’s location, the customer must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to the collection area
- The material is available at the agreed location
- The material is ready for collection
- Any pets, vehicles, obstacles, or hazards are removed from the work area
- Metal Plus staff or contractors can safely enter and exit the site
If the site is unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described, Metal Plus may cancel, reschedule, or revise the service.
Additional charges may apply for wasted travel, waiting time, difficult access, extra labour, or additional equipment requirements.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify Metal Plus as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a collection.
Metal Plus may cancel or reschedule a service due to:
- Unsafe site conditions
- Inaccurate customer information
- Weather conditions
- Vehicle or equipment issues
- Legal or compliance concerns
- Material not being ready for collection
- Operational limitations
Metal Plus is not liable for loss, inconvenience, or delay caused by cancellation or rescheduling.
12. E-Waste and Data Responsibility
